I don’t accept this so will continue over Facebook .

And if necessary take it up with the instiutions responsible for regulating these areas. Namely non-compliance with a request for personal info a company has on us.

GDPR should help to give us additional protection and if companies don’t abide by the law, they could be subject to a fine of a certain percentage of their turnover. Hopefully this will address the current imbalnce of power between private individuals and the coporate world.
